Criminal Law
I provide advice and representation in criminal matters in the South Australian Magistrates Court and higher courts, from advice before you are charged through to court appearances and resolution. I accept Legal Aid matters.
My Criminal Defence Practice
I act for clients at all stages of the criminal justice process, including in the following types of matters:
- domestic violence offences
- assault and other violent offences
- bail applications
- intervention orders
- criminal charge reduction or withdrawal
- theft, dishonesty and break and enter offences
- property damage, vandalism and graffiti offences

Legal Aid
I accept Legal Aid matters. If you are eligible, I can help you apply, and then represent you under your Legal Aid grant.
Traffic Offences
I can also advise and represent you on traffic matters, including drink and drug driving charges, licence disqualification and court appearances.
